About the service

NM Chicago, LLC keeps block surveys and neighborhood atlases from a drafting room in Fulton Market, Chicago. We walk blocks, measure what stands, note what changed, and draw it down as plates and legends that a resident can read without training. The site publishes survey notes, change logs and plain guides to reading plats. This website publishes information about that work and accepts enquiries. Block surveys, Neighborhood atlases, Change logs, Plat reading guides, Archive copies.

No transactions on this website

This website does not sell goods or services and does not accept payment of any kind. Nothing on the site is an offer capable of acceptance by payment, and no contract is formed by reading, contacting or corresponding with us. Any engagement is agreed separately in writing.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding agreement to use this site on behalf of yourself or an organisation you are authorised to represent.

Acceptable use
